Cancellation and Refund policy
At PhotoMagic.in, we are committed to providing high-quality photo and video editing services. We understand there may be situations where cancellations or refunds are requested, so please review our policy carefully.
1. Cancellations
(i) Service Cancellation: Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing an order, as long as editing has not yet started. Once our team has begun working on your project, cancellations are no longer possible.
(ii) Exceptions: Cancellation requests are not accepted for services already in progress or completed.
2. Refunds
(i) Quality Concerns: If the edited file does not meet the specifications you provided, or if there are significant issues in the final product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide additional revisions or issue a partial/full refund as appropriate.
(ii) Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are generally not available once editing work is completed and delivered, except in cases where the final output does not meet your specified requirements.
(iii) Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method used.
